The Decina Warranty

Decina Bathroomware Pty Ltd. warrants that its acrylic baths are free from defects in workmanship for a period of ten (10) years for baths, shower bases and spa bath shells/pipework and five (5) years for Spa bath pumps, jets and fittings. Air systems, acrylic shower walls and shower screens are covered for twelve (12) months and no warranty is extended on gold plating or fittings. Please note that for Warranty provisions, you should refer to our Resellers, your State office or the information supplied within the bath or Shower System.

Whilst most Decina products in this catalogue are manufactured by Decina in Australia, some products are imported. These imported products still carry Decina's standard warranty. Bath shells modified or spa-ed by others are not covered by this warranty.



Conditions
The Decina Bathroomware warranty shall only apply where the Product has been installed by a qualified tradesman and in full accordance with the Installation Instructions and Statutory requirements. The Warranty specifically EXCLUDES Decina product subject to surface or pipework damage discovered AFTER installation or AFTER 48 hrs of receipt by the end user. The Warranty shall only extend to the supply of a replacement product or credit to the value of the purchase and specifically EXCLUDES consequential damage ensuing from the product application or use. The responsibility for the removal and replacement of the product shall be with the Installer and/or Owner or where the Manufacturer accepts that the product is at fault, a maximum contribution to the removal and replacement costs of $200. The Spa pump is guaranteed to be free of material and manufacturing defects for 5 years. Please refer to the pump manufacturer's full warranty provisions contained within the box delivered to site.
